Description: Region, Route & Billing Cycle polygon data. This feature was originally created and used as walking routes for reading of water meters. It was created via dissolved Theissen polygons created from accountinfo records containing region, route, and cycle within water service area. Created on 11/5/2009. Designed to be updated as the FCIP project continues. Source of the thematic map of billing cycles given to FCIP folks.Refer to additional data in the 2016 archive SDE for project data from the original FCIP project. Note that the METERROUTEATTRIBUTES table from that archive is a snapshot of meter count, where fields A, B, C... refers to the meter count based on meter size. Priority field is based on the calculated estimated difficulty to complete a routes meter reading, therefore making those a priority route for AMI meters.
